All items not heard at this meeting will be postponed to the next regularly scheduled PC/BOA meeting of July 1, 2015, or to a special meeting scheduled by the Commission.

 

The regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission/Board of Adjustment will be held on Wednesday, June 17, 2015. The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers of the Town Hall. Agenda for the meeting is as follows:

Board of Adjustment

 

1. P15-042, 043 & 044: The applicant is requesting three variances to allow an existing 1,087 square foot single family home to be designated as a detached Accessory Residential Unit (ARU) which is limited to 800 square feet in size, to allow a 22’ front yard setback for an existing detached ARU where 30’ is required, and to allow a 6’ rear yard setback for a primary residential unit where 30’ is required.
